We are grateful that we get to partner with some exceptional, amazing clients. We’ve invited one of those amazing clients, Phillip Weiss of Phillip Weiss Executive Solutions in Denver, Colorado, to share his business, life, and favorite spots with us.
With over 25 years in the corporate world, Phillip is an executive coach, facilitator and organizational consultant specializing in leadership development and workplace relationships. He serves various clients in several industries and loves the variety. “It’s a privilege to partner with them in solving these sometimes perplexing challenges!” Phillip focuses on execution, strategy, and people. He seeks to explore and hone proven approaches to achieve long-term, sustainable results for his clients.
That is exactly why he is a great fit for Remote COO and his client manager, Precilia! Phillip can focus on his clients and their development while she manages his calendar, travel, and other administrative projects. They have been a team for over a year now and Phillip has added 3 new coaching relationships and 2 projects to his client list. She keeps his practice organized and helps Phillip stay on track with his priorities and goals. “I’m impressed and am very confident in her ability to handle issues on my behalf,” says Phillip. Remote COO’s number extraordinaire, Stacy, takes Phillip’s bookkeeping and invoices completely off of his task list as well.
It’s not all work and no play! Phillip loves to be outdoors and enjoys working in the yard. Who doesn’t love going for bike rides, hiking and working out when you have the Colorado Mountains as your backdrop? Native to Houston and making regular trips, he has some go-to spots that he says you must try. To get the day moving in the right direction, he favors Black Hole Coffee House in Montrose. He loves the coffee and savors the edgy, bohemian atmosphere. For dinner, Phillip suggests you head on over to one of his favorite restaurants in Houston, El Real Tex-Mex Café on Westheimer. If that isn’t enough, we were surprised to find out that Phillip is a published musical composer! Who knew?
What parting thought does Phillip leave with us? “Have tough conversations.” Period. Business is filled daily with difficult situations that often require difficult conversations. Motivate yourself to have those conversations. Phillip has more where that came from! Check out his blog or visit with him to inquire about his services and expertise.
Could this be you? If you want to hand over your operations and get keenly focused on your business, like Phillip has, then give us a call to see if we are the right partners for you.
