3 Years with Remote COO
Your focused professional time should be on Remote COO responsibilities and clients. Because it is part-time (less than 35 hours/week), you’ll have time to pursue “other loves,” but Remote COO is your primary work. These passions might be travel, children, supplemental work (e.g., creating jewelry, baking, etc.) aging parents, volunteer opportunities, grandchildren, etc.
No, our team members are part-time, W-2, at-will employees of Remote COO. They fulfill fractional roles for multiple Remote COO clients.
New employees can expect to start with 5-10 hours per week and are able to add hours as we onboard new clients or they take on additional responsibilities. All employees are part-time up to 35 hours per week.
Our client managers are generally available during normal business hours Monday through Friday. However, you set your own schedule throughout each day. You’ll have meetings and time to accomplish tasks, but you also have the freedom to live life and pursue your passions. You will establish a rhythm with your clients that works for each of you, so each client manager’s schedule looks different.
Yes, all Remote COO employees provide their own equipment. Team members are provided free access to all cloud platforms needed to perform their jobs. Our IT company will help you with any troubleshooting.
Paid time off is available after six months of employment based upon the average hours worked. We offer a number of paid holidays.
Once hired, you’ll begin our onboarding process, shadowing other team members, and receiving direct 1:1 training, and you’ll have the opportunity to gain familiarity with our platforms in the context of real-life projects.
