Kim comes to Remote COO with over 30 years’ experience supporting high-level managers and C-suite executives. Most recently, she was Manager of Corporate Services for a remote tech company where she handled all administrative duties for the business, including vendor management, overseeing payroll and HR, and creating new programs and initiatives to support the company’s culture.
Kim’s strongest trait is her empathetic nature. She strongly believes in creating a supportive culture and genuinely loves connecting with people. She can often uncover unvoiced questions and anticipate the needs of others. Kim enjoys analyzing current processes and implementing improvements based on the desired goal. Her dedication to enhancing collaboration and her genuine encouragement make her an ideal team member.
Kim and her husband, Justin, have been married over 20 years and share one daughter and three mischievous dogs. They enjoy glamping together and Kim relishes any time spent with family and friends. Kim is passionate about doing what she can to provide for those less fortunate and holds the position of Missions Director at her church, acting as the liaison between the local congregation and the 25 missionary families they support around the world.
