Precilia is Remote COO’s in-house COO managing the recruiting and onboarding of new hires, planning, and overseeing operational policies and procedures, and implementing new strategies to improve efficiency and communication when gaps are identified.
In addition to her role as COO, Precilia also provides customized client support as a Client Manager. She has a confident tone, get-it-done attitude and her decisive workflow cultivates clarity and trust in her client relationships.

Precilia holds a Paralegal Certification and studied Political Science & English at Sam Houston State University. She and her husband enjoy movie and dinner dates, going dancing, and weekend getaways.
