Kim brings more than 30 years of experience in executive support, operations, and project management, including more than 17 years working with remote teams. Her experience includes supporting high-level managers, C-suite executives, and business owners, as well as leading Corporate Services for a remote technology company. Throughout her career, she has managed complex projects, streamlined operations, improved processes, and developed practical systems and initiatives that help organizations work more effectively.
Kim’s strengths lie in anticipating needs, solving problems, and turning complexity into clear, actionable next steps. Known for her empathy, intuition, and collaborative approach, she has a natural ability to uncover unspoken questions, make people feel heard, and keep projects moving forward. Her calm determination and genuine encouragement make her a trusted partner to both clients and team members.
Kim lives just outside the Houston area with her husband of more than 20 years, their teenage daughter, and four mischievous dogs affectionately known as her “wild ones.” Kim and her husband lead a LĪF Group at their church, helping build community among families balancing careers, children, and the demands of everyday life. When she isn’t working or serving at church, Kim enjoys treasure hunting in thrift stores, spending time with family, and finding reasons to laugh amid life’s inevitable chaos.
