Kim comes to Remote COO with over 30 years’ experience supporting managers and executives. Most recently, she was Manager of Corporate Services for a remote tech company where she handled all administrative duties for the business, including vendor management, overseeing payroll and HR, and creating new programs and initiatives to support the company’s culture.
Kim’s strongest trait is her empathetic and compassionate nature. She strongly believes in creating a supportive culture and genuinely loves connecting with people. Kim describes herself as kind, a willing listener, and task oriented. She is often referred to as an encourager both in her personal and professional realms.
Kim and her husband, Justin, are the proud parents of one daughter and three mischievous dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and she and Justin lead a group at their church that provides opportunities for families and individuals to connect through fun, fellowship, and good food. Kim is passionate about doing what she can to provide for those less fortunate and holds the position of Missions Director at her church, acting as the liaison between the local congregation and the 25 missionary families they support around the world.
To relax and rejuvenate, Kim enjoys ‘glamping’ with her family and loves to spend quiet time by the lake while her husband and daughter fish. Her favorite season is fall, and she relishes sitting on her back patio drinking coffee on crisp fall mornings while watching the deer graze in her backyard.
