Alyssa is from Summerfield, North Carolina where she worked most recently a community manager for a babysitting app. In this role, she focused on marketing the service to the community and supported both parents and babysitters utilizing the app. Prior to this role, Alyssa worked closely with the Financial Services Director of an insurance brokerage firm to create and grow their new Financial Services Department. As the Account Manager there, she helped develop procedures for the department, worked with clients and vendors, and educated clients’ employees on their employer-sponsored retirement plans.
Alyssa has a true passion for finding inefficiencies and implementing new processes to improve procedures. She is always searching for ways to help and strives to continually provide the best experience to the client. She enjoys connecting with her clients and believes this gives her the ability to anticipate their future needs.
Alyssa has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from James Madison University. She and her husband have two boys together whom Alyssa homeschools, and she now has a new puppy to train too! She loves exploring North Carolina and traveling to visit friends and family. If she’s not outside enjoying the water or biking with her boys, she may be in her garden or creating a beautiful flower arrangement.
