Prior to transitioning into the corporate world, Michelle spent 13 years as an educator, where she developed a keen ability to create structure, enhance daily operations, and drive process improvements. Her expertise in problem-solving and strategic planning makes her a valuable asset to both her team and her clients.

Originally from South Africa (and fluent in Afrikaans!), Michelle now lives in Houston, Texas where she and her husband of 15 years are raising their two boys, embracing an active and adventurous lifestyle. A true motorsport enthusiast, she and her family love anything related to cars. When she’s not traveling or exploring new cultures, you’ll find her enjoying a good documentary, shopping, or savoring a great glass of wine. Weekends are for family time – whether it’s grilling, watching sports, or playing golf with her boys. An animal lover at heart, Michelle hopes to welcome a Schnauzer into the family one day. In the meantime, she’s keeping busy trying to tame two squirrels and five ducks in her backyard!
