Leanna brings a wealth of experience in human resources with a focus on strategic workforce planning and talent development. She has honed her project management skills through extensive volunteer work and community-focused initiatives, successfully managing various projects to enhance community impact.
Leanna grew up in Michigan and attended Michigan State University where she received her degree in communications. In addition to her excellent communication skills, Leanna is understanding and patient when approaching client concerns and frustrations, thrives on building and maintaining positive relationships, and has strong organizational skills.
Leanna married her high school sweetheart, and together, they share two grown children. She is quick to point out it is Oliver, her 7-year-old Yorkie-Bichon mix, who rules their household. Leanna and her husband now call Virgina home, but she still bleeds Spartan green, follows all the Detroit sports teams, and catches a game whenever she can. When she’s not logging rides on her Peloton, you may find her playing the piano, reading a good book on a beautiful beach, or visiting the Virginia wine country.
